After an incredibly tough Shift class from Dana Perri Friday evening May 15th, I had enough time to shower, pack and head to LAX for the 2nd annual Little Rock Comicon in Benton,AR. I was looking forward to getting over there to meet some of the fans AND have a little catfish from a local restaurant! Flew overnight to Dallas/Fort Worth then connected over to Little Rock. Landed about 8:00am Saturday morning May 16th and was greeted by two fine gentlemen Clint Murry and Brad Gosney.

The 15 minute drive to Benton reminded me of my hometown in Canada actually. It was Peterborough but with way more humidity and very lush and green and accents. Which I love! That famous southern hospitality you always hear about was already in full effect.

I had less then 1/2 hour to freshen up and hit the floor to meet n greet, sign a few babies and take selfies with the great folks of Arkansas. A panel called ‘The many faces of Megatron’ was scheduled at noon and some of the best questions were asked about the biz of cartoons, voice over in general and of course a bunch of goofin’ off behind the mic. It was so great to meet you all and many thanks to Mike Tinnel and his daughter Logan for their fine hospitality and kindness. I had a great time and you went over and above. By the way, almost finished up the mixed nuts and bananas ! lol. Also if you didn’t get a chance to come visit I’ll be in San Antonio at the Texas Comicon the weekend of August 8th.

If your interested in getting a hold of one of the autographed pics that were available at LRCC this past weekend go to the ‘Shop’ section of the website and you can order there. Cost includes shipping and handling.

Thanks again all and I hope to see you again soon
